WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Define and drive the people strategy aligned to sub-product priorities and business objectives Lead workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design to support growth and efficiency Partner with sub-product leadership; present workforce insights, risks, and HR priorities in leadership forums and MBRs Own succession planning (Senior Manager+) and build a strong leadership pipeline within the sub-product Ensure consistent performance calibration and drive engagement and culture outcomes Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk employee matters and ensure consistent HR governance Develop and coach HRBPs to strengthen capability, ensure consistent execution, and build the future HR leadership pipeline Lead workforce implications tied to transformation initiatives and organizational changesWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles Experience leading labor relations in unionized environments, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation and partnership with union representatives Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, multi-site, operational environments Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy Experience managing complex employee relations and HR risk Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership Experience leading or influencing through othersWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
