The Hiring & Staffing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the Satisfaction Research Call Center (SRC) is fully staffed, prepared, and operating efficiently each day. This position leads recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts, directly impacting team performance and overall operational success. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that blends strategy with day-to-day execution. From forecasting hiring needs to opening the office each morning, this role helps set the tone for a productive and positive work environment.
