We design and deliver custom-engineered, end-to-end fiber connectivity solutions for the data centers, 5G networks, and AI infrastructure shaping the next decade, and our customers need them in weeks, not months. We're looking for people who want to do their best work with a team that's moving fast. About the Role You'll be the trusted HR resource for our manufacturing team, supporting everything from compliance to culture. Working closely with frontline leaders, you'll build relationships across the floor and make sure our facility operates with both excellence and fairness. Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, and corrective discipline with fair, consistent, legally compliant outcomes Conduct exit interviews, process separations, and identify trends to inform retention strategies Support open enrollment and benefits administration Review and complete payroll runs with the support of finance Make sure the facility stays compliant with federal, state, and local employment law, including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety standards Administer and support leave programs including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and ADA accommodations Partner with managers on 90-day reviews, performance management coaching, and documentation Facilitate required training (harassment prevention, forklift certification) and serve as a bilingual point of contact on the floor What You'll Bring Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus, but not required) Have 2+ years in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Experience administering and processing both payroll and benefits Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Know employment law and HR compliance including OSHA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, and EEO Have conducted workplace investigations and handled separations with discretion Are organized with careful attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities at once Want to read the full job description?
