South Bend, Indiana (On-site) About the Company & Opportunity A well-established employer in the South Bend, Indiana area has partnered with us to identify a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR operations while supporting business leadership. This Human Resources Manager role will manage employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and supporting long-term organizational success. Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations Lead onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and HR strategy Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications Support employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred 5–8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in a hands-on, on-site HR environment Compensation $72,000 – $92,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications Click here to apply online EB-7884074473
