Job Description
Additional Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred). HR experience in a residential or outpatient SUD treatment environment. Knowledge of regulations specific to substance use disorder treatment facilities (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, CARF). Familiarity with HRIS systems and credentialing/licensure processes for clinical staff. SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.What We Offer Salary:
