Essential Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within the industry and align with company goals. Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks. Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with overall HR and business strategies. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to drive employee motivation and performance. Monitor and analyze compensation trends to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage budgeting and cost forecasting for compensation and benefits programs. Lead communication efforts to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and updates. Oversee the administration of employee leave programs, such as vacation, sick leave, and parental leave. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters. Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and ensure cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular audits and assessments of compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement. Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values. Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred License/Certifications/Registrations Industry-recognized professional certifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, market trends, and best practices. Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
