Job Description
NoTraffic is the world's leading mobility platform, transforming intersections into connected infrastructure that improves flow, boosts safety, and prepares cities for the autonomous era.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our global People team at NoTraffic, based in Overland Park, KS. In this role, you'll partner closely with managers and employees across the US organization to support business goals through effective people practices, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and day-to-day HR guidance.
You'll play a key role in strengthening our people processes, supporting managers through growth and change, and ensuring employees have a positive, consistent, and high-impact experience throughout their journey at NoTraffic.
Your day to day will include:
Partner closely with managers and leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into action items.
Manage compliance for the US team.
Provide hands-on HR support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, engagement, retention, growth, and offboarding.
Support managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, development plans, and employee relations mattersLead and support people initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, and team effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing thoughtful, practical, and consistent HR guidance.
Use people data and insights to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend proactive solutions.
Support organizational changes, team growth, and scaling processes while maintaining a strong employee experience.
