Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and execute our workforce functions. In this role, you will champion our company culture, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate balances operational excellence with a people-first approach to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and deliver a welcoming, comprehensive onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace issues, conduct objective investigations, and promote an open-door culture.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Maintain deep knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws [e.g., FMLA, EEOC, FLSA]. Ensure company policies and employee handbooks remain fully compliant and up to date.
Performance Management:
Champion the annual review process, guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs), and support internal professional development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee benefit programs (health, retirement, wellness) during open enrollment.
HR Data & Technology:
Maintain accurate digital employee records using our HRIS platform and pull workforce metrics to inform leadership decisions. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure OSHA compliance and support safety training initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive HR experience. Certifications (Preferred): SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
Tech Stack:
Proficiency with HRIS tools and Google Workspace.
