50-60% (3 days/week required - non-negotiable)

Compensation:

$120,000 base + full benefits

Potential company car eligibility after ~3 months Occasional overnight travel (~every 6-8 weeks) Overview We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a multi-site, field-based operation across Central and Northern Minnesota. This is a true field HRBP role — not corporate — requiring strong presence in the business and comfort operating in fast-paced environments. What You'll Be Doing Employee Relations & Field Support Act as the primary HR partner to site and branch leadership Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management Coach managers on discipline, terminations, and engagement Multi-Site Support Support multiple locations across Central and Northern Minnesota Travel 3 days per week (required) to provide on-site HR support Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams Performance & Culture Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Support leadership development and team effectiveness Help build a high-performance, accountable environment Talent & Organizational Support Assist with recruiting strategy and talent acquisition support Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits communication Support onboarding and ongoing team development Process Improvement Lead and support process improvement initiatives (Lean mindset preferred) Participate in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and engagement survey efforts What You Need HRBP experience ( REQUIRED ) Experience in medical field (REQUIRED) Experience supporting multiple sites / field operations ( REQUIRED ) Willingness to travel 50-60% ( non-negotiable ) Strong employee relations and investigations experience A Strong Candidate True "boots on the ground" HRBP — not a corporate profile Approachable, easy to work with Balanced communicator Comfortable working directly with frontline leaders Embraces travel and field engagement Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
