We seek a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Your leadership and attention to detail will drive organizational growth through innovative HR strategies, effective workforce management, and a commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing and recruiting processes Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and compliance with employment law. Manage employee evaluation processes through performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to foster professional development. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance to ensure employee well-being and legal adherence. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive work environment. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, HR legal requirements, affirmative action planning, and other relevant regulations. Lead training & development initiatives to enhance skills across the organization while supporting HR department projects related to change management and organizational effectiveness. Consult outside organizations on Human Resource best practices, procedures, talent acquisition Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, project management, benefits administration, and workforce management strategies. Proven experience building small business Human Resources infrastructure Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively while fostering positive employee relations. Experience in conducting interviews, employee evaluations, training & development programs, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance requirements and workers' compensation procedures.
