Our client is looking for an HR Manager to implement processes and procedures that support the full employee life cycle. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company organization and employee experience, we encourage you to consider this unique role. As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all HR functions across the organization. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting•including onboarding and offboarding•as well as all benefits administration and open enrollment. You'll need to have a strict eye for detail as well, as you'll be facilitating performance reviews and all employee engagement activities. Success in this role requires someone resourceful and independent with a passion for customer service. This is a fully on-site role at our client's beautiful Portland office.Your New Organization:
