About the role:
Ampere is looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator within our People and Culture team. As the P&C Coordinator you will assist in providing the operations team with accurate and reliable data and processes. The P&C Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate employee information across HR systems, processing personnel updates, supporting HR operations, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of employee data. This role works closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and other departments to coordinate system transactions and resolve data issues, including, and not limited to, data entry, reporting, and process improvements. What you'll achieve: As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will: Register accurate data from our talent acquisition team into our human capital management system. Design and document a consistent business process for all related human capital management transactions. Proactively investigate, communicate, and resolve issues while providing positive customer experience. Provide support in all cross functional projects related to people and culture team where data, integrations, and business processes are designed and developed. Enter, update, and maintain employee and contingent worker information in the HR information system. Process new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, leave records, and terminations. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicate records, and incomplete information. Maintain electronic and physical personnel records. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare routine HR reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries. Assist with payroll, benefits, attendance, and timekeeping data updates. Coordinate HR system access and employee profile changes. Monitor data-entry workflows and meet processing deadlines. Respond to employee and P&C People Partner inquiries regarding HR records and system information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational data. Follow data-protection requirements, internal controls, and HR procedures. Support HR projects, audits, system testing, and process improvements. Utilize ticket systems to receive, track, and complete data update requests.
About you:
Demonstrate a strong passion for human capital data, emphasizing data accuracy, security, and a clear understanding of data flows between internal and external applications. Bring an energetic and collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, IT, Finance, and various business units. Exhibit curiosity and adaptability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment. Possess 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS, enterprise applications, business systems, or HR operations. Have experience in data entry, HR administration, office administration, or HR systems support. Maintain strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Experience with HRIS, payroll, or employee management systems is preferred. Hold an Associate's Degree or possess equivalent work experience. The full base pay range for this role is between $65,000 and $98,000. This role will be paid on an hourly basis.
