Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about driving company culture, compliance, and talent development? We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead all aspects of our HR function. This is a dynamic role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. What You'll Do As the Human Resource Manager, you will: Lead, develop, and oversee HR policies and procedures company-wide. Manage compensation programs, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems. Direct employee recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies. Administer employee benefits, handle claims, and ensure cost-effective coverage. Oversee compliance programs including EEO and affirmative action reporting. Counsel employees and managers on employee relations and organizational policy. Maintain accurate HR records, participate in leadership meetings, and spearhead improvement initiatives. Train managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance. Evaluate and implement HR information systems. Perform other related duties as required What You Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills. Deep knowledge of employee relations, safety, training, and legal compliance.
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree + 5 years of HR experience Master's degree in HR + 3 years of HR experience 9 years of HR experience with no degree Or a comparable combination of education and experience SPHR certification preferred Who You Are A confident, compassionate professional with a positive attitude. $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
