Texas Health Resources Core Work hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00a-5:00p; Hybrid work opportunity Position Summary The Program Manager, Pipeline Initiatives & Grants is responsible for the hands-on coordination of workforce pipeline and employee development programs within the Career Transformation Center. This role supports program delivery by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, communicating with academic and industry partners, and assisting with grant-related tracking and reporting. The position functions as an individual contributor focused on execution, organization, and program support rather than leadership or staff oversight.Benefits
