Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee records and HR documentation, ensuring files remain accurate, secure, and up to date in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and separation activities, including required paperwork, orientation steps, training assignments, and follow-up with employees and managers.
- Administer training documentation and track completion of required learning activities for the local workforce.
- Provide day-to-day support for employee questions, directing or escalating more complex HR matters to the appropriate team when needed.
- Help carry out local HR policies, communications, compliance checks, audits, and other employment-related administrative tasks.
- Arrange facility maintenance, service visits, repairs, and workplace support requests by working with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Monitor office and shop conditions, manage supply needs, and maintain records related to vendors, services, and workplace administration.
- Assist the finance function by collecting, organizing, and entering accounting information, supporting receivables follow-up, and processing invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
- Prepare expense reports, maintain financial records, and support recurring payments and audit-related documentation requirements. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a related operational support role.
- Working knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and general benefits support processes.
- Experience maintaining confidential personnel records with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and administrative systems used for employee data and documentation management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks across HR, facilities, and finance functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to respond professionally to employee and vendor inquiries.
- Proficiency in organizing records, tracking deadlines, and following established procedures for compliance and reporting.
