Job Description

We are seeking a talented, people focused Human Resources Generalist to join our Team! The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including employee relations and onboarding. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00pm to 3:45am with possible overtime and occasional Saturdays depending on production and operational needs. This position does require some physical duties including regularly walk and frequently stand, walk, reach, or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to policies, procedures, and benefits Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions Assist with the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training Conduct employee roundtable and other engagement activities Maintain employee records, including personnel files and timekeeping Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports Support HR initiatives and projects as needed not limited to event planning Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Minimum of two (2) years experience in a human resources role required Minimum of one (1) year experience in a payroll system preferred, ADP strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word and Outlook Highly comfortable with Microsoft Excel to analyze data using formulas Excellent organizational and time management skills Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team
