Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Office Staff member to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, effective talent management, and compliance with employment laws. Duties Manage daily HR administrative tasks including data entry, personnel records maintenance, and document processing using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Taleo. Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting in recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes like employee orientation and training & development programs. Administer employee benefits programs and benefits documentation to ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance with applicable regulations. Assist in performance management processes by preparing evaluation forms, tracking employee evaluations, and supporting performance review initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Handle confidential information with integrity while communicating effectively across departments to resolve employee relations issues and manage conflict situations professionally. Support project management activities related to organizational design, workforce management initiatives, succession planning, and change management strategies. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or an HR department role with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or Lever for data collection and reporting purposes. Familiarity with payroll processing procedures using systems like ADP or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills paired with administrative experience in handling confidential information efficiently. Knowledge of recruiting tools including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Kenexa BrassRing or Taleo is preferred. Ability to analyze data using Excel for HR metrics and reporting purposes.
