Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time $17 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and staff relations. This role ensures that HR processes run smoothly and that employees receive timely support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job openings and scheduling interviews Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files Ensure compliance with DDD requirements and regulatory guidelines Monitor employee certifications, fingerprint clearance cards, and required trainings Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation Support employee relations and HR communications Coordinate staff trainings and compliance tracking Maintain confidentiality of employee information Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or human services experience preferred Knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) policies preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
