Park Hyatt Aviara is offering a paid Human Resources summer internship program for students seeking exposure to the Human Resources discipline within the hospitality industry. This Human Resources internship provides experience with colleague recognition events and celebrations,pliance, payroll, benefits, training and more. The Human Resource intern will learn about the Human Resources operation, while supporting a 3-person office with general Human Resources tasks and projects. Wage Information:

The expectation pay for the position is $23.00 per hour. Qualifications Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. 2nd or 3rd year student Studying hospitality or related major Capable of a 12 - 16 weekmitment during summer (Mid-May - Late August) Strongmunication skills Good service orientation and friendly demeanor Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
