HR & Talent Generalist Nonprofit / Community Services Organization | Mid City Los Angeles, CA Direct Hire | 70k-75k About the Opportunity An established nonprofit organization is seeking an HR & Talent Generalist to support both recruiting and Human Resources operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in talent acquisition while also contributing to employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and organizational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and wants long-term growth potential within an organization. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional, administrative, and program-based positions Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and support hiring decisions Screen candidates and facilitate interviews throughout the hiring process Coordinate offer preparation, onboarding activities, and pre-employment processes Support employee lifecycle activities and HR administration Maintain employee records and HR data within HRIS systems Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives Assist with HR projects, organizational initiatives, and employee support activities Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent needs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field Full-cycle recruiting experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience supporting a variety of position types and hiring managers Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills HRIS experience required; ADP experience is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Ideal Candidate Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Proactive Strong critical thinker who can pivot quickly Adaptable, and highly dependable Interested in long-term career growth and increased leadership responsibilities Comfortable balancing recruiting, HR operations, and special projects By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
