Seeking an Bilingual in Spanish Human Resources Generalist with strong payrolling experience. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of payrolling experience along with human resources experience for 55+ employees.
What you will be doing:
  • Maintain Payroll systems and processes in a timely manner.
  • Resolve Payroll errors
  • Maintain insurance plans for employees.
  • Monitor promotions, transfers, terminations.
  • Process onboarding of employees.
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and update training materials and performance management programs.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to a resolution.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three+ years of industry-related sales experience within Human Resources and Payroll processing roles ADP software experience desired What you can expect: We believe that the right job can change a life, and the right talent can transform a company.
