Job Description
HR liaison based in Rancho Cucamonga CA, willing to travel 50 %. Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions and records maintenance for both locations. Must be well versed in all HR aspects; including payroll, time and attendance, onboard & offboarding. Must possess solid foundation in benefits management, SOP creation, and employment processes execution.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide updates on progress throughout the day via various communication channels. Promote a positive culture and harbor strong relationships with hiring managers. Facilitate positive candidate experiences and deliver world class customer service at all times. May interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills. Screen candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential. Working knowledge of hiring cycle process, and related local laws and regulations is required. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires.Required Skills/Abilities:
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Good organizational abilities Excellent numerical and analytical skills Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times. Good multi-tasking abilities Strong presentation skills verbal and in person Strong MS Excel, Word, MS Teams and PowerPoint skills Must be willing to travel 50% to other Facilities.Job Type:
