This pivotal role involves managing a broad spectrum of HR functions to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources management practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Essential Job Functions Serve as first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance Support recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, posting requisitions, and communicating with candidates Assist with benefits enrollment, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), and open enrollment logistics Support investigations and documentation for employee relations matters under guidance of HR leadership Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or similar HR experience PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Experience using AI tools to improve HR Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion This role is ideal for professionals committed to fostering inclusive workplaces through innovative HR practices. Pay:
