HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Johnson-Lancaster and Associates, Inc. has a full-time opening in Clearwater, FL. Duties include HR/payroll administration, bilingual employee relations, safety compliance, and full-cycle recruiting support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 36 mos. of post-baccalaureate experience in a Human Resources role; professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish; basic knowledge of Paychex Flex, Bluebeam Revu to review site layouts, and Workyard/ActiveTrack; valid OSHA certification.
