Job Description

Overview:
Our success has opened an opportunity in our HR department. This position will be responsible for supporting the human resources and safety department in a variety of ways. We need someone with a highly organized mindset, an action oriented attitude who demonstrates high integrity. This position could have opportunity for growth as knowledge and understanding of our processes are achieved. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can contribute to a team that only performs at extreme high standards.
Duties:
Manage training records including
OSHA, MSHA, FMCSA
for human resources and safety departments. Coordinate with HR team on pre-hiring processes, e-verify, backgrounds, necessary DOT requirements, and drug screen coordination. Ensure coaching and discipline policies are followed and recorded, and performance evaluations stay on schedule.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management or related field.
  • Experience in human resources functions including applicable laws and regulations
  • Must have tactful communication and listening skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and finish all task to completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
