Senior HR Generalist

Norcross, GA Direct-Hire $90000.00

•$110000.00 Onsite Job Description Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their client's team onsite for a direct hire position in the Atlanta area!

Pay Rate:

$90,000

•110,000 based on experience. Bonus potential based on company performance

Location:

Onsite in the Atlanta area. Ability to travel out of state to different site locations a few times a year

Schedule:

Monday

•Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Lead by example as a senior member of the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to other team members.

Manage full cycle recruitment for positions within operations, sales, accounting, finance, IT, and more.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.

Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.

Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate engagement.

Contribute to ongoing training and professional growth of team members.

Support daily HR operations and administrative functions.

Assist with employee offboarding processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation.

Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.

Support policy communication and employee understanding of company policies and procedures.

Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and HR recordkeeping requirements.

Support HR programs related to onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.

Partner with upper leadership, team members, and other departments to deliver a positive employee experience.

Experience:

2+ years' experience within an HR supervisory or lead role, overseeing HR operations and full cycle talent acquisition

Hands on experience handling the full life cycle recruitment for roles within sales, operations, finance, accounting, and information technology

Strong knowledge and understanding of multiple HR areas such as employee relations, operations, compliance, and recruitment

Experience within industries such as warehouse, skilled trade, manufacturing plants, or other related fields

Bilingual is a plus, but not required
