Customer Service About This Role:
We are looking to add a Senior HR Generalist that is a self-starter and eager to roll up their sleeves to support a growing team! This role will work closely with the owner and will manage the day-to-day aspects of the HR function to support employees across the employee lifecycle which includes compliance, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and culture. Specifically in this role you will: First and foremost, align to our core values as an organization Use your bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred), 5+ years of broad HR experience, strong attention to detail and relationship building skills to execute daily HR activities. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Understand business needs and compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations to employ HR best practices Create an engaging candidate experience by managing the employee hiring and staffing processes which includes job postings, resume reviews, and initial candidate screening to strengthen the talent pipeline and support the organization through its growth Enhance the employee experience by designing and implementing impactful orientation, onboarding and offboarding experiences Support the payroll processing team by ensuring employee data, timekeeping, and compensation changes are accurate Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues by taking time to get to know our employees on a personal level and serve as an internal consultant to other leaders within the organization to lead, advise and mediate employee relations situations and corrective actions to ensure fairness and consistency Continually evaluate policies and programs to determine any gaps, and remain competitive within the industry to ensure a positive, inclusive and professional workplace culture and experience for current and prospective employees What You Get In addition to a strong organization and engaging culture, we offer the following: Competitive base salary Medical Insurance Company HSA contributions Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 9 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time 401(k) with company match Equal Opportunity Employer
