This is a multi-faceted role that covers the full employee lifecycle. From sourcing and hiring candidates across our three Minnesota locations (Bloomington, Rochester, and St. Cloud) to onboarding new staff, and ensuring our organization remains in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love both the people side and the process side of HR, this role is for you. Responsibilities Recruiting Post and manage open positions on Indeed, Paylocity, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Handshake Source, screen, and interview candidates for behavioral health roles across all three locations Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear, timely communication with applicants Manage offer letters, background checks, and credentialing for clinical roles (BCBA, QSP) Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs Onboarding Lead onboarding for all new hires, documentation, system access, orientation scheduling Set up new employees in Paylocity including direct deposit, tax forms, and benefits enrollment Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and on time Coordinate with location managers to ensure a smooth first-day experience. Qualifications 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or payroll experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) Experience with Paylocity or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform Familiarity with MN-ITS or willingness to learn Knowledge of Minnesota and federal employment law and HR compliance standards Experience with Asana for project and task management Comfortable with Slack for team communication Experience posting jobs on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Able to manage multiple priorities across three locations simultaneously Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude Experience in behavioral health, ABA, or human services a plus
