Recruiting and Retention Specialist

$41,600 - $43,680/year Paid time off begins accruing day 1 Health, vision, dental, & HSA plans 401K plan with employer contribution As a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Edgewood, you'll join a fun and fast-paced team as one of our community leaders! This position would support both our Brainerd and Baxter communities.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain networks throughout the community Update job postings as needed and manage Indeed budget Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and participate in interviews Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for potential new hires Support department directors with retention initiatives

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED, required Associates degree within a related field, preferred Valid driver's license Experience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking ability Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Supportive and understanding attitude for a diverse working environment Basic knowledge of employment law Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
