Part Time Responsibilities - Distribute and review all employment applications to insure completeness of documents. Assess applicant's skills, work values and stability Communicate company needs to applicants. Responsible for scheduling and the processing of new hires. Responsible for the completeness of all new hire paperwork to include tax forms, I-9's, state directory of new hire, gaming application, ABC forms, etc. Provide clerical support to the recruitment and employment process. Assist in filing and organization of paperwork. Maintain new hire packets. Submit background checks and follow up. Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to applicants and Team Members. Administrate pre-employment drug screens. Conducts orientation, care class, and other training classes as needed. Works in all areas of the Human Resources Department including recruitment, training, team member relations and benefits. Participates in Team Member Review Board and events. Other duties as directed or needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Computer skills required include Word, Excel Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner. Must be able to handle difficult/emotional employees and applicants well. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Must have excellent customer service skills. Three months clerical experience preferred. Previous Human Resources experience helpful.
