The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and a proactive problem solver. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, processing updates within the HRIS (UKG) system, and ensuring data integrity across all HR and payroll functions. What You Will Do Accurately enter and update employee data in UKG throughout the employee lifecycle (new hires, promotions, transfers, pay changes, terminations, etc.) Review and verify all employee data submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and documentation standards. Prepare and issue personnel letters as needed (offer letters, pay change notifications, transfer letters, termination acknowledgments, etc.) Maintain organized and secure personnel files in both digital and physical format while ensuring audit readiness. Digitize historical paper records, applying proper naming conventions and filing protocols within the HRIS or digital system. Collaborate with Payroll and HR leadership to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data changes that align with payroll schedules. Respond to employee inquiries regarding personal information and job details.
