Payroll Systems Analyst responsible for supporting payroll-impacting HR systems and maintaining accurate payroll-related data and processes within ADP GlobalView. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of related payroll, HRIS, or HR systems experience. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView. Working knowledge of ADP GlobalView functionality and payroll-related processes. Experience supporting systems or processes that directly impact employee payroll. Experience maintaining and validating payroll or HR system data. Ability to work independently within ADP GlobalView without extensive system training. Preferred Skills Experience with Workday HCM. Experience supporting HRIS or payroll system integrations. Experience troubleshooting payroll system issues. Experience validating employee data used in payroll processing. Experience supporting payroll-related system testing, configuration, or issue resolution. Job Responsibilities Support payroll-related processes and system activities within ADP GlobalView. Maintain and validate payroll-impacting employee and system data. Troubleshoot ADP GlobalView issues affecting payroll processing. Investigate system discrepancies and support corrective actions. Support payroll cycle activities to ensure required system data is available and accurate. Coordinate payroll system updates and issue resolution with HR and payroll functions. Support testing and validation of payroll-related system changes. Maintain documentation related to payroll system processes, issues, and resolutions. Support Workday HCM-related activities when applicable.
