Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Behavioral Health Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and tools, as well as the ability to manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers effectively. This is a full-time, in-person role. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media management and cold calling. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Manage internal recruiting efforts, ensuring a smooth transition for employees seeking new opportunities within the organization. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the behavioral health field. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Workday, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Experience using Indeed platform Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and internal recruiting practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Proficient in social media management for sourcing candidates and promoting job openings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
