Our dedicated corporate office team at Anchor Health Home Care serves as the central hub for communication among clinicians, patients, and families within our community. We firmly believe that in order to effectively address the evolving needs of our community, we must remain adaptable to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to both our pediatric and geriatric community members. We are looking for a highly organized and professional HR Onboarding Specialist to support caregiver onboarding and compliance in our Hicksville office. This individual will be the first point of contact for new caregivers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining accurate and audit-ready employee records. Responsibilities Guide caregivers through the onboarding process Review and collect required employment documentation Follow up on missing paperwork and onboarding requirements Maintain organized employee files and records Assist with compliance requirements and regulatory audits Serve as a professional representative of Anchor Health in the office Communicate with caregivers, employees, and outside agencies Support administrative and HR projects as needed Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English required Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Proficient with email, Microsoft Word, and Excel Previous administrative, onboarding, HR, or healthcare experience preferred Why Join Us?
