Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Business Partner to support HR and employee relations activities in Rochester, New York. This Contract position will partner with internal stakeholders to help maintain consistent policy application, coordinate administrative processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative support for human resources and employee relations activities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Assist in reviewing workplace concerns and help organize information related to employee relations matters and investigations.
- Support the consistent application of HR policies by preparing materials, tracking actions, and responding to routine process-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidential employee records and manage sensitive information with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to schedule meetings, prepare communications, and keep case-related activities moving forward.
- Contribute to performance management administration by tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and supporting related workflow needs. Requirements
- Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, or a closely related business support function.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations practices, and performance management processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time support role.
- Experience assisting with documentation and coordination for employee relations reviews or investigations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in standard business and administrative tools.
