84 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary The HR Service Center Specialist performs a wide variety of tasks, including answering employee general questions, completing personnel actions, processing terminations, creating SOPS, leading process improvement and efficiency for HR programs, onboarding complex hires (including provider onboarding), post-employment verifications, and reviewing sanctions, licenses, and certifications. Works with leaders on current employment audits for expired or encumbered licenses/certifications. The HR Service Center Specialist also oversees the onboarding process for new hires, including non-employees, to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture and efficient processing of employment-related paperwork. This role involves collaborating with HR team members, department managers, and external vendors to ensure compliance, create a positive experience for new employees, and support the broader HR function in recruitment and employee relations.
