Job description: Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role will focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on employee and organizational issues Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions Coach leaders on conflict resolution, team development, and change management Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Significant HR Business Partner, Senior
