Job Description
Agri-Placement Services, Inc . is a well-established agricultural employee staffing and HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment, placement, training, and labor compliance for dairy farms, lumber operations, and a wide range of agricultural and industrial businesses across the United States. We are seeking a full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Support Manager based in the Cortland, NY area. This position requires extensive regional travel to support dairy farms and other agri-businesses through on-site employee training, HR management, conflict resolution, and oral/written translation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site HR support and employee training services for assigned clients
- Assist with HR management and conflict resolution
- Deliver professional oral and written translation (English/Spanish)
- Support client relationships with a strong customer service focus
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HR management experience preferred
- Dairy farming experience is a plus
