Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Employee Culture Partner to join their client's team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that human resources processes align with the company's values and goals. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days required onsite.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations and risk management processes. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluations. Provide one-on-one supervision, staffing, and corrective action as needed. Offer guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations processes, and culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies, documentation requirements, and program timeframes. Handle unemployment claims and administration. Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making. Maintain calendar and files, including essential documentation.

Must Haves:

3+ years of experience in human resources. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma required.

SHRM-CP, PHR

certification required or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year from starting the position. Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.

$30 - $31 per hour
