Job Summary:
Come create your career with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Contract HRIS Specialist with Successfactors experience in Hillsboro, OR. This is a 12 month Contract, Hybrid position As a Senior HRIS Specialist, you will:
  • Serve as the point of escalation for system issues and questions across all HR systems and modules
  • Research, troubleshoot, and recommend resolution paths for HRIS issues
  • Document system design, processes, procedures, and end-user documentation
  • Write, execute, organize, and assign test scripts for system testing initiatives
  • Support bi-annual HR system release testing and implementation of enhancements and upgrades
  • Develop and participate in audit processes to ensure data integrity
  • Create and manage ad hoc reports while ensuring existing reports are fully leveraged
  • Support system and process improvements from concept through implementation
  • Help maintain system data integrity by running queries and analyzing data
  • Perform basic system configuration tasks, including LMS course assignments, data loads, and updates to system communications This is a full-time, 12 month contract role with a hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work overtime Senior HRIS Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including Employee Central Core with Position Management
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Top candidates will possess:
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and/or Compensation
  • Experience supporting HR systems across multiple countries or regions within a large multinational organization Pay for this position is $50/hr.
