What you'll do: Serve as an HR business partner, providing guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR programs, practices, and policies Build strong relationships with managers, to coach and advise them on organizational, people, and change-related issues Manage complex, specialized, and sensitive employee relations cases with objectivity and integrity, including recommending outcomes and actions based on investigation findings Support HR programs in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Success,...
