Overview:

Grand Strand Health and Wellness, a leading chiropractic practice focused on well-being, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will: Play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent. Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws. Oversee performance management processes and employee relations. Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement. Maintain accurate and timely HR records.
We offer:

To Qualify:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred (including recruitment, retention, and performance management). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Schedule:
