Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented People & Culture Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2-4+ years of experience who enjoys working across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. The People & Culture Specialist will support the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager, while cross-collaborating with IT and Finance. This role will help ensure our People & Culture operations are efficient, employee-centered, data-informed, and increasingly enabled by AI and technology. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with process improvement, project support, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. What You'll Do Employee Engagement Experience Support Support the Employee Experience Manager in facilitating day-to-day People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle. Help gather and analyze employee feedback and engagement data. Supporting audits when needed in partnership with our Global Payroll & Compliance Manager Host all New Hire Orientation and support tracking of 100% completion of relevant onboarding including by not limited to

serving as a liaison between new hire, P&C and relevant functional leadership. Triage the People Team inbox by supporting employee questions and helping ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. Help develop, document, and improve People & Culture processes, workflows, and resources. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Chief People Officer and People & Culture team. Talent Acquisition Support Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support recruiting activities and processes. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, scheduling, and recruiting documentation as needed. Demonstrated ability and desire to own successful candidate lifecycle when job req's are above the optimal req load. Support job posting, candidate tracking, offer, and pre- and post-employment processes.in partnership with P&C and IT. Help maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support an organized and positive candidate experience. Facilitate

Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful, human-centered candidate experience. HRIS & Reporting Support Partner with IT and internal stakeholders on HRIS administration, enhancements, integrations, and other HR technology initiatives. Help maintain data integrity and accuracy within HR systems. Assist with testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementation of HRIS changes. Prepare reports and dashboards to help the People & Culture team and leaders to understand workforce trends and employee data. Explore responsible opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, workflows, and People & Culture operations. Benefits & Compliance Support In partnership with the Manager, Global Payroll & Compliance, support the administration of employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions. Partner with Employee Experience Manager on appropriate internal and external stakeholders on benefits-related processes and communications. Assist with enrollment, eligibility, employee changes, and benefits documentation. Support benefits audits and help ensure employee information remains accurate. Partner with the Manager, Global Payroll & Compliance, and other stakeholders as needed to escalate benefits and payroll-related questions. Qualifications Qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, People & Culture, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Experience supporting multiple areas of HR/People Operations, such as employee lifecycle, recruiting, HRIS, benefits, engagement, or reporting. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Comfortable working collaboratively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HRIS (Rippling, Remote, Lattice, and Nectar are a plus!) and Microsoft Office or similar business tools. Curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage AI, automation, and emerging technology to improve People & Culture processes. Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate questions or seek guidance. Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
