As soon as possible About the Role The Human Resources Generalist will support the day-to-day HR needs of our Fort Worth operation in a hands-on, broad-based role covering employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, employee records, workers' compensation coordination, and HR compliance. This is an HR-focused position with meaningful recruiting responsibilities. We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and approachable HR professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing day-to-day employee needs with recruiting, administrative responsibilities, and longer-term HR initiatives in a growing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Support recruiting for manufacturing, production, technical, administrative, and other positions as the company grows.
- Create, update, and manage job postings across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate with external recruiting, staffing, and headhunting agencies when appropriate.
- Help improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience as the company grows.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Help support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and company activities.
- Assist with developing and improving HR procedures, forms, and processes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. 0-3 years of HR, recruiting, staffing, administrative, or related experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Professional and comfortable communicating with employees, candidates, managers, and outside organizations. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Experience with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, or benefits administration is helpful but not required. Compensation & Benefits $300 monthly medical insurance stipend to assist with the cost of independently purchased medical insurance. Six paid company holidays annually.
