An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site. 7.5 hours/day
JOB SUMMARY
This position is highly skilled work involving advanced procedural expertise and the exercise of judgment and discretion in the Employee and Labor Relations department. This position includes assisting employees and centralized intake, triage, workflow coordination, and documentation management for Employee and Labor Relations matters, including employee concerns, complaints, disciplinary reviews, and collective bargaining grievances in an electronic system. This position supports consistent, timely, and accurate case progression by managing operational processes, system routing, and procedural milestones in a highly sensitive, confidential environment.

$38.61 - $61.82/hour ($72,387 - $115,911/year)
