Based on Experience We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist. This fully-onsite position is located in the Germantown, WI area.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions and job offers
• Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientations
• Support employees and managers with HR-related questions, issues, and employee relations concerns
• Coach managers and staff on HR tools, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and engagement
• Assist with performance management, development initiatives, and compliance programs
• Maintain HR data, manage confidential information, and complete ad-hoc reporting and projects Requirements for

HR Generalist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of HR experience within manufacturing
• Recruiting experience within manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of ATS systems and HR best practices
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently
