HR Generalist Location:
Wrightstown, WI (on-site) Responsibilities Recruit for hourly and salaried positions, manage the onboarding process, and enter employee information into the system Conduct regular timekeeping reviews, manage payroll updates, and correct payroll discrepancies Organize, maintain, and update employee records, including accurate data entry and management within HRIS systems Assist with FMLA/ADA and benefits administration Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, create a positive work environment Ensure compliance with affirmative action policies and equal employment opportunity regulations Provide assistance with the company's Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits programs Potential to learn light payroll tasks such as tracking pay changes and calculating referral bonuses
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development AND/OR 3+ years related HR experience and/or training required Must have solid working knowledge of HR processes related to manufacturing, ideally a large manufacturing organization SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
