Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (onsite) What's the Job? Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, workforce plans, and recruiting priorities. Lead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Build strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods such as applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing. Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with recruiting support staff and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a high-volume recruiting setting. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms. Strong relationship-building and consultative partnering skills.
