- The Recruiter is an execution-focused recruiting professional responsible for delivering against defined hiring plans with accuracy, consistency, and process discipline.
- Essential Functions
- An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Business Partnership & Influence:
- Builds credibility with hiring managers through responsiveness, follow-through, and execution reliability on every open requisition.
Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Executes against defined hiring plans and tracks requisition progress against headcount targets and timeline commitments.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence:
- Executes targeted sourcing campaigns using standard channels including job boards, ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral activation.
Skills-Based Interviewing & Evaluation:
- Ensures structured interview processes are followed consistently across all assigned requisitions, including panel alignment, rubric use, and feedback submission timelines.
Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Maintains consistent, timely communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process to ensure transparency and a positive experience.
Offer Negotiation & Closing:
- Executes the offer process with accuracy, speed, and a positive candidate experience from verbal offer through written documentation and acceptance.
Operational Excellence, Technology & Metrics:
- Maintains ATS data accuracy and reporting hygiene across all assigned requisitions, including disposition codes, stage updates, and candidate record completeness.

Walmart (https://one.walmart.com/) . The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00
- $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
