In this role, you'll connect with prospective real estate agents and team leaders, generate recruiting opportunities, and help build relationships with potential agents interested in joining Barrett. If you're confident on the phone, persistent, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to prospective real estate agents and team leaders Use a combination of scripted and conversational outreach to schedule qualified recruiting appointments Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, production, team size, and other key factors Accurately log calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM Follow up with prospects through SMS and email when appropriate Consistently meet weekly and monthly contact and appointment goals Work closely with recruiters to transfer warm leads and support recruiting campaigns Participate in daily training and coaching to help achieve weekly and monthly goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of outbound calling, cold calling, or inside sales experience ; real estate experience is a plus Confident and professional phone presence with strong listening and communication skills Comfortable following scripts while naturally adapting conversations based on the prospect Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience using CRM platforms such as Lofty, OnTask, or GoHighLevel Metrics-driven and motivated by achieving goals Reliable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback Able to work in Chandler, AZ Compensation & Perks $20-$22 per hour Performance-based bonuses Commission opportunities for qualified appointments and hires Full-time position — 40 hours per week Daily training and coaching Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced real estate organization Ready to Join the Team?
